Operational since 2003, WBC has handled projects exceeding RM1 billion, specializing in architectural and interior construction, heritage restoration, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil and structural works, data centre fit-outs, interior design and building construction delivery.

Managing Director
Shamsuddin Abdul Wahap
Shamsudin Abdul Wahap brings over 35 years of experience in design, project management, and procurement. Formerly the Principal and Founding Partner of Veritas Design Group, and Managing Director of Veritas Interiors Sdn Bhd (1992–2023), he has led major corporate and institutional projects including Seri Mutiara for TYT Penang, Istana Bukit Kayangan in Brunei, and the French Embassy at Langgak Golf, Kuala Lumpur. Recognized for his strategic approach to design and procurement, he has built international networks across ASEAN, China, South Africa, and Indonesia, supporting integrated design and supply projects.
A Registered Member of Lembaga Architect Malaysia (LAM) and the Malaysian Institute of Interior Designers (MIID), Shamsudin has also served as an Advisory Panel for the Ministry of Education on design courses.
Attended Mara Junior Science College, Seremban, York College of Art in England, and Architectural Association (AA) School of Architecture, London.
Devaruban Murugesan
Operations Director
Devaruban Murugesan is a highly accomplished executive with over 35 years of experience in the built environment industry, encompassing construction economics, contract administration, project management, property consultancy, and business development. A results-driven leader, he is recognized for his strong management skills in guiding multidisciplinary teams, optimizing organizational performance, and driving complex projects to successful completion.
Zulkifly Abdullah
Finance Director
With over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, Zulkifly Abdullah oversees the financial strategy and operations of WBC. Having held senior roles in multiple companies, such as Damansara Realty Berhad, Metro Parking, Seng Hup and at Light Style, he brings extensive expertise in financial planning, auditing, and management. Since rejoining the company in 2016, he has been instrumental in strengthening its financial performance and supporting sustainable growth
Mazlan Ali
Commercial Director
Mazlan Ali brings over 35 years of commercial and management experience, having built his career within the Johor Corporation Group of Companies (JCORP). His diverse exposure spans property development, palm oil plantations, specialist healthcare, hospitality and tourism, shipping and logistics, and asset management. Throughout his career, he has held key roles across Johor Corporation’s head office, Pasir Gudang Local Council, The Puteri Pacific Hotel, Selesa Hotel, Kulim (Malaysia) Bhd, and Damansara Asset Sdn Bhd, gaining wide-ranging expertise across industries.
Lee Wai Koon
Retro-fit Director
Lee Wai Koon, a minimalist interior designer with 10 years of experience, creates functional and elegant spaces for residential and commercial clients. Known for timeless designs and meticulous attention to detail, he excels in project management, planning, and quality control. He built his career at Cahaya Pedoman Sdn Bhd and at the manufacturing division.
Muhammad Rozaidi bin Roslan
Design & Technical Director
Muhammad Rozaidi bin Roslan brings technical expertise and creative vision to our team. A forward-thinking leader, Rozaidi uses advanced 3D modeling techniques to create detailed, accurate representations, ensuring seamless project execution. His ability to blend design with functionality makes him a vital asset to our company’s innovative construction approach. Rozaidi built his career at WBC, formerly known as Cahaya Pedoman Sdn Bhd and also at Damansara Realty Berhad, where he has honed his skills over the past 16 years.
